Lägenheten är ljus och fin, med helt nyrenoverat badrum och ligger perfekt mellan universitet och centrum, 10 min åt båda håll. Ditt rum (sista bilden) är omöblerat medan resten av lägenheten är fullt möblerad. Jag är forskare vid universitetet och veckopendlar mellan Linköping och Malmö. Jag är snäll, lugn och allmänt ordningsam. Du får gärna vara god och glad samt lätt att ha att göra med. Student eller arbetande spelar ingen roll. Internet ingår i månadshyran. I am looking for a roommate for a nice three-room apartment in Gottfridsberg. The apartment is bright and beautiful and perfectly located between the university and the city center. Your room is unfurnished while the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. I am a researcher at the university and commute weekly between Linköping and Malmö, so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I am kind, calm, and generally tidy. You should preferably be kind and easy to get along with. It doesn’t matter if you are a student or employed. Internet is included in the lease.
