Apt full size: 70 m2, three rooms and a kitchen Your monthly cost: 4 600kr +/- 100kr + your own home insurance, that includes rent, internet and then the electricity changes month to month, hence the +/- 😊 Location: Gottfridsberg, perfect between campus and town! Move in: March, but will be flexible for the right tenant. Hi! My name is Anna and I am currently looking for a new roommate for my apt! Preferably someone who can see themselves co-living for 2.5 years since I'll begin my masters in the fall. I am Swedish, 29 years old and am a student in the biology department at LiU, other than nature I'm also very into culture in all forms. The vibe at home is loose and it is important to me that both feel at home as equals and can always bring over friends and family! You will be able to bring stuff into common spaces as well to make it more feel like your home. Think lot's of plants, color and music ☺️ What I'm looking for: You would need to be a woman, all nationalities welcome, someone who'll share the cleaning responsibilities and preferably somebody who's social. Would be nice with somebody on the older side but age will not be a problem if you are responsible 😊 The apartment: Please note that it is of an older standard, hence the cheap price! But it contains everything a cozy home needs. Windows both to the south and to a park, a private entrance on the second floor with an outdoor space, a dishwasher and full size fridge and freezer. A laundry room is in the basement and an excellent waste sorting station on the yard, there is one bathroom in the apt and it has a shower. No pets live here now but might be welcome, it depends on my allergy.
